Movember: Some of the World’s Best Surfers are growing mustaches for a good cause and you can too.

Back off Borat. Step aside Tom Selleck. Hulk Hogan, your days are over. There are new mos in town, and they’re sporting their ‘staches for a good cause.

Pro surfers Jake Paterson, Bede Durbidge, {{{CJ}}} Hobgood, Mick Fanning, Taylor Knox and many others have teamed up with The Prostate Cancer Foundation for Movember, the month formally known as November, a charity event held during November each year. The Movember participants, a.k.a. “Mo Bros,” start off the month with a clean-shaven face. The Bros then have the rest of the month to growout their Mo (that’s Australian slang for moustache) in any way desired, while raising as much money and awareness about male health issues as possible. There are many mo styles to choose from. Maybe you fit the businessman style or want the porn star look. And, if you can pull of that undercover brother gig, more power to you. The Gala Parts bring the month to a close, while the best mos battle it outfor the prestigious “Man of Movember” title.

Prostate cancer is the most common non-skin cancer in the United States, with 27,000 men dying of the disease every year. The goal of Movember is to raise some serious funds for this fatal disease, while having some fun along the way. All donations are made directly to the Prostate Cancer Foundation and used towards high-impact research to find treatments and cures for prostate cancer.

Wonder how you can get involved? Girls and guys alike can visit www.Movember.com where you can register as a Mo Bro or a Mo Sista, raise money, and find a Gala Part closest to you. So guys, start your ‘staches!
