NOAA turns 2008’s tropical season into epic film
Some hurricane seasons never stop. Some never start. With 2009 being the latter, we offer this NOAA clip of GOES satellite imagery, compressing all of 2008’s storms in to four minutes of film, creating one of the most compelling surf flicks to not relive a single ride.
