Before Instagram and WSL locker room shots, Sherm was bringing us behind the scenes of everything from the Momentum generation to the Kelly/Andy rivalry. It was a raw, photojournalism approach that made us all feel closer to our heroes. And he’s still at it today. “I want to capture intimacy and decisive moments in my photos,” he says. “I’ve embraced this social trend. It’s how we get all of our info, news and content now. This is the new medium, and I just want to grow along with it.
