Th Outer Banks of North Carolina especially prospered from her appearance. The best day featured 4-6 foot, dead-offshore, brown-water tubes across the entire coast. Naturally, most east coasters flocked to the fabled Hatteras shores as they consistently provide the biggest and best waves on almost any given swell.
