In the November issue of Surfing Magazine, you’ll see photos of Julian Wilson and Jordy Smith from a recent trip they took to Reunion Island. What went down on that trip was a number of ridiculous airs by both surfers, with various grabs and rotations. It’s sure to make for a mind blowing section in Jordy’s upcoming movie and we wouldn’t be surprised if it winds up as the grand finale of the film.
Their wave of choice was a windy right near a harbor, not the classic left point St. Leu. Their mission was to battle for the best clips, and maybe, avoid being eaten by a shark.
