Nowadays, there aren’t too many places you can find great waves with minimal crowds.
Well, there probably are, but most of them would involve strapping on a 5-4 with boots, gloves, and a hood. Which is to say these waves will likely never be crowded. That’s fine with Oli Adams though, as he reaps the benefits of empty tubes in the heart of Britain every year
In this clip, Oli and friends hunt the Scottish coast for every piece of rock, reef, or sand with a ripple wave on top. They do a great job of this, unleashing heavily-rubbered fury across multiple locales — all of which look stupendously sans-human.
