Stress Taping and Reinforced Dots

West melco tapes and dots all the stress points in wetsuits, providing added strength to the seams making the wetsuit more durable.

Fluid Seams

For extra water tightness we give our suits an S Seal (fluid seams) which is liquid glue to allow your sessions to be longer and your suit to stand the test of time.

K-Foam Knee Pads

K - Foam has a higher density structure than other neoprene’s, using a skin that’s made of tatex and plasma that’s applied over the top, adding durability while still allowing full movement of the knee.

Our Nitro range comes with GBS seams and has 100% Ultraspan neoprene from the waist up. It comes standard with a bat wing and poly-pro fibre, options that our competitors’ alternative doesn’t give you.

The West Lotus ECO is an environmentally sustainable wetsuit. The Neoprene is limestone-based; the fabrics are knitted with yarns created from recycled plastic bottles and bamboo. The fabrics are laminated with non solvent based adhesives and printed with water based inks.

The Edge range is made up of our 100% Ultraspan neoprene. The seams are GBS, giving you the extra freedom throughout the suit. This makes the Edge range our most flexible suits and are made for the more competitive surfer.
